I have officially been to Ghana THREE times now, but this time, I did things a little differently. No long, bumpy road trips this round, I flew in. And let me tell you, it was a game-changer. The flight? Just an hour. A quick hop in the air, and suddenly, I was back in the vibrant heart of Ghana.
From the moment I landed, it was all about exploring new spots, delicious food, and good vibes. Every corner had something fresh to offer, making this trip an unforgettable adventure from start to finish. I stayed at The Lennox Accra. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, perfect for those quiet mornings.
Ghana Jollof is always a must, but this time, Breakfast2Breakfast didn’t impress me as much, so I didn’t even feature it in the video. I did, however, stock up on goodies at Melcom and grabbed some amazing fried rice from Poki House, had to get takeout because it was that good.
One of the highlights was The Republic Bar. You have to try their Hibiscus drink, a Ghanaian classic infused with alcohol. The vibe there was crazy, with an amazing DJ spinning tunes all night.
I also stopped by Roco Mamas for a quick smoothie, then headed to Fugo Bar & Restaurant. Great decor, but the wait time for food was long.
When I wasn’t in the mood for fine dining, KFC came through with a quick burger.
Had dinner with friends at Shogun Restaurant, which was top-notch, just be ready to spend😊 I also discovered Vida e Caffe for a tasty breakfast and great coffee.
Honeysuckle quickly became my go-to spot. The pasta, portion sizes, and vibe were everything. I spent quite a bit of time there this trip.
I also went to Accra Mall for a movie, grabbed drinks at Say Cheers, and fir nightlife adventure, MAD Club was absolutely wild, everything about the place was insane. LOL, from the vibe to the DJ and the music, it was all on another level. I loved every minute of it.
